| Offering custom computer services to Austin, Colorado, Washington, Fayette, and Lee Counties in the state of Texas. Home users who have purchased a system from Nova or have more than 3 networked computer systems can request in home service. All other home customers must bring their system in to our office for service, by appointment.

As of June 15th 2009 we only offer home services for homes with networks of 3 or more computer systems, or customers who have purchased a computer system from us. Due to our ever increasing business customer client list this was requred in order to offer the best service possible to both home and business customers. Home customers should leave a message on our voicemail, or email us for the fastest responce. Please allow us up to 48 hours to return your call. We will answer your messages or emails in the order in which they were received. If you need help right away with a small problem you might want to check out our Online Help section (FAQ).
